Thank you for supporting my artwork. Each order is prepared and shipped with care.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

 


 

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available option.

 


 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 


 

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control. While I do my best to ensure timely delivery, I cannot guarantee delivery dates.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please check with your local post office or carrier

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact me immediately. I cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

 


 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund in accordance with my Return Policy.

 


 

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.
